Please do NOT return any products to us without a Return Authorization number (RA#) Products returned to us without a Return Authorization number (RA#) will be refused and no credit will be issued. Please call 660-849-2133 to obtain the (RA#) All appliances may be returned to Vitality Plus within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to a 19.9% restocking fee for used items. All appliances must be CLEAN, undamaged and in their original carton/s along with ALL material including warrantee card. You must ship the item prepaid and we recommend insuring the item as we will not be responsible for returned damaged goods.. All New items returned (not used) are subject to 12.9% restocking charge. All items priced under $200.00 will be charged the actual shipping charge and the 12.9% (new) or 19.9% (used) restocking charge.
Any special shipping charges (non-ground UPS, international or any US Mail) are totally non-refundable. If you give us an incorrect address or omit information needed for delivery and we are charged a fee by the carrier we will have to charge you for the address correction. Also if you refuse a package and we are charged for the shipping back to us, you will be charged that amount, you are responsible for getting the item back to us at your expense. Any defective merchandise under warrantee must be handled by the manufacturer, they do not refund your purchase price they only replace or repair the item. We reserve the right to refuse any refund if you fail to follow any of these guidelines.
The return charges are necessary to cover our shipping charges, replacing boxes, credit card fees (which are not refunded to me by the credit card company) and the time and labor. Your used returned item will have to be sold at a discounted price.
