This new two quart Jar is made from BPA-free copolyester material and has an with easy open lid  that features all the unique Blendtec advantages. The square shape and patented single prong wingtip blade help create a better blending vortex to micronize fruits and vegetables and make their nutrients more bio-available to the body. Features include: Easy-to-read markings up to 4 cups or 32 ounces with a total volume of 2 quarts; Shorter and half the weight of other jars with comparable volume; Ergonomic design allows for easy 3-way pouring; Easy open lid allows ingredients to be added through center opening and vents pressure when blending hot liquids. 3-year warranty on jar (effective 1-1-09), lifetime warranty on blade.
